Series 2015-3 Letter of Credit definition

Series 2015-3 Letter of Credit means an irrevocable letter of credit, if any, substantially in the form of Exhibit E issued by a Series 2015-3 Eligible Letter of Credit Provider in favor of the Trustee for the benefit of the Series 2015-3 Noteholders.

  • Letter of Credit Commitment Amount means, on any date, a maximum amount of $10,000,000, as such amount may be reduced from time to time pursuant to Section 2.2.
