Series 2006-1 Monthly Residual Value Gain definition

Series 2006-1 Monthly Residual Value Gain means, for any Settlement Date, an amount equal to the product of (a) the average daily Series 2006-1 Invested Percentage during the immediately preceding Monthly Period and (b) the Monthly Residual Value Gain for such Settlement Date.

  • Monthly Principal Reallocation Amount means, for any Monthly Period, an amount equal to the sum of:

  • Class A Floating Allocation means, with respect to any Monthly Period, the percentage equivalent (which percentage shall never exceed 100%) of a fraction, the numerator of which is the Class A Adjusted Investor Interest as of the close of business on the last day of the preceding Monthly Period and the denominator of which is equal to the Adjusted Investor Interest as of the close of business on such day; provided, however, that, with respect to the first Monthly Period, the Class A Floating Allocation shall mean the percentage equivalent of a fraction, the numerator of which is the Class A Initial Investor Interest and the denominator of which is the Initial Investor Interest.

  • Group II Basic Principal Distribution Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, the excess of (i) the Group II Principal Remittance Amount for such Distribution Date over (ii)(a) the Overcollateralization Release Amount, if any, for such Distribution Date multiplied by (b) the Group II Allocation Percentage.

  • Initial Monthly Payment Fund An amount representing scheduled principal amortization and interest at the Net Mortgage Rate for the Due Date in the first Due Period commencing subsequent to the Cut-off Date for those Mortgage Loans for which the Trustee will not be entitled to receive such payment, and as more specifically defined in the Series Supplement.

  • Class A Principal Allocation Percentage With respect to any Distribution Date, the percentage equivalent of a fraction, determined as follows: (A) with respect to the Group I Class A Certificates, a fraction, the numerator of which is (x) the portion of the Principal Remittance Amount for such Distribution Date that is attributable to the principal received or advanced on the Group I Mortgage Loans and the denominator of which is (y) the Principal Remittance Amount for such Distribution Date and (B) with respect to the Group II Class A Certificates, a fraction, the numerator of which is (x) the portion of the Principal Remittance Amount for such Distribution Date that is attributable to the principal received or advanced on the Group II Mortgage Loans and the denominator of which is (y) the Principal Remittance Amount for such Distribution Date.

  • Group I Basic Principal Distribution Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, the excess of (i) the Group I Principal Remittance Amount for such Distribution Date over (ii)(a) the Overcollateralization Release Amount, if any, for such Distribution Date multiplied by (b) the Group I Allocation Percentage.

  • Group II Principal Remittance Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, the sum of the amounts described in clauses (i) through (iii) of the definition of Group II Principal Distribution Amount.

  • Class A Non-PO Principal Distribution Amount As to any Distribution Date, the aggregate amount distributed in respect of the Class A Certificates pursuant to Paragraph third clause (A) of Section 4.01(a).

  • Class A-PO Deferred Amount For any Distribution Date prior to the Subordination Depletion Date, the difference between (A) the sum of (x) the amount by which the sum of the Class A-PO Optimal Principal Amounts for all prior Distribution Dates exceeded the amounts distributed on the Class A-PO Certificates on such prior Distribution Dates pursuant to Paragraph third clause (2) of Section 4.01(a) and (y) the sum of the product for each Discount Mortgage Loan which became a Liquidated Loan at any time on or prior to the last day of the Applicable Unscheduled Principal Receipt Period for Full Unscheduled Principal Receipts for the current Distribution Date of (a) the PO Fraction for such Discount Mortgage Loan and (b) an amount equal to the principal portion of Realized Losses (other than Bankruptcy Losses due to Debt Service Reductions) incurred with respect to such Discount Mortgage Loan and (B) the sum of (x) the sum of the Class A-PO Recoveries for such Distribution Date and prior Distribution Dates and (y) amounts distributed on the Class A-PO Certificates on prior Distribution Dates pursuant to Paragraph fourth of Section 4.01(a). On and after the Subordination Depletion Date, the Class A-PO Deferred Amount will be zero. No interest will accrue on any Class A-PO Deferred Amount.

  • Class A Non-PO Optimal Principal Amount As to any Distribution Date, an amount equal to the sum, as to each Outstanding Mortgage Loan, of the product of (x) the Non-PO Fraction with respect to such Mortgage Loan, and (y) the sum of:

  • Certificate Monthly Principal Distributable Amount means, with respect to any Payment Date, the Certificate Percentage of the Principal Distributable Amount for such Payment Date.

  • Group I Principal Remittance Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, the sum of the amounts described in clauses (i) through (iii) of the definition of Group I Principal Distribution Amount.

  • Class A-P Principal Distribution Amount As defined in Section 4.02.

  • Monthly Total Principal Allocation means for any Related Month the sum of all Series 2015-3 Principal Allocations with respect to such Related Month.

  • Deferred Sales Charge Payment Date means June 10, 2015 and the tenth day of each month thereafter through October 10, 2015.

  • REMIC 2 Principal Loss Allocation Amount With respect to any Distribution Date and the mortgage loans, an amount equal to (a) the product of (i) the Aggregate Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans and related REO Properties then outstanding and (ii) 1 minus a fraction, the numerator of which is two times the aggregate of the Uncertificated Principal Balances of REMIC 2 Regular Interest A-1, REMIC 2 Regular Interest A-1M, REMIC 2 Regular Interest A-1W, REMIC 2 Regular Interest A-2A, REMIC 2 Regular Interest A-2B, REMIC 2 Regular Interest A-2C, REMIC 2 Regular Interest A-2D, REMIC 2 Regular Interest M-1, REMIC 2 Regular Interest M-2, REMIC 2 Regular Interest M-3, REMIC 2 Regular Interest M-4, REMIC 2 Regular Interest M-5, REMIC 2 Regular Interest M-6, REMIC 2 Regular Interest M-7, REMIC 2 Regular Interest M-8 and REMIC 2 Regular Interest B, and the denominator of which is the aggregate of the Uncertificated Principal Balances of REMIC 2 Regular Interest A-1, REMIC 2 Regular Interest A-1M, REMIC 2 Regular Interest A-1W, REMIC 2 Regular Interest A-2A, REMIC 2 Regular Interest A-2B, REMIC 2 Regular Interest A-2C, REMIC 2 Regular Interest A-2D, REMIC 2 Regular Interest M-1, REMIC 2 Regular Interest M-2, REMIC 2 Regular Interest M-3, REMIC 2 Regular Interest M-4, REMIC 2 Regular Interest M-5, REMIC 2 Regular Interest M-6, REMIC 2 Regular Interest M-7, REMIC 2 Regular Interest M-8, REMIC 2 Regular Interest B and REMIC 2 Regular Interest ZZ.

  • Monthly Loss Amount means the sum of all Foreclosure Losses, Restructuring Losses, Short Sale Losses, Portfolio Losses, Modification Default Losses and Deficient Losses realized by the Assuming Institution for any Shared Loss Month.

  • Class A Servicing Fee shall have the meaning specified in Section 3.01.

  • Class B Floating Allocation means, with respect to any Monthly Period, the percentage equivalent (which percentage shall never exceed 100%) of a fraction, the numerator of which is the Class B Adjusted Investor Interest as of the close of business on the last day of the preceding Monthly Period and the denominator of which is equal to the Adjusted Investor Interest as of the close of business on such day; provided, however, that, with respect to the first Monthly Period, the Class B Floating Allocation shall mean the percentage equivalent of a fraction, the numerator of which is the Class B Initial Investor Interest and the denominator of which is the Initial Investor Interest.

  • Class B-1 Applied Realized Loss Amount As of any Distribution Date, the sum of all Applied Realized Loss Amounts with respect to the Mortgage Loans which have been applied to the reduction of the Certificate Principal Balance of the Class B-1 Certificates.

  • Basic Principal Distribution Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, the excess of (i) the Principal Remittance Amount for such Distribution Date over (ii) the Excess Subordinated Amount, if any, for such Distribution Date.

  • Master Servicer Prepayment Charge Payment Amount The amounts payable by the Master Servicer pursuant to Section 2.03(b) in respect of any waived (or, with respect to subsequent changes of law, any unenforceable) Prepayment Charges.

  • Class B Servicing Fee shall have the meaning specified in Section 3.01.

  • Noteholders' Monthly Principal Distributable Amount means, with respect to any Distribution Date, the Noteholders' Percentage of the Principal Distributable Amount.
