Separation Window definition

Separation Window means the period beginning on September 30, 2005 and ending on December 31, 2006. However, for an Eligible Employee under Section C.(2) or C.(3), the Separation Window is limited to September 8, 2005.

Related to Separation Window

  • Service Window means the time periods during the Service Period during which the Provider agrees to make Available, and provide in accordance with this Agreement, the Flexibility Services to the Company, as defined in Schedule 1;

  • Separation shall have the meaning set forth in the Recitals.

  • Separation Date has the meaning set forth in the Separation Agreement.

  • Severance from Service Date means the earlier of:

  • Post-Termination Exercise Period means the period following termination of a Participant’s Continuous Service within which an Option or SAR is exercisable, as specified in Section 4(h).
