Separation Projects Plan definition

Separation Projects Plan means the high level description of information technology separation projects and the associated timeline for completing those projects that the Parties will undertake pursuant to this Agreement to accomplish the separation of the information technology systems and services, as such initial list is set forth in Schedule A, and as the same may be amended from time to time.

  • During the term of this Agreement, Abbott and/or Hospira may desire a change in the scope of the effort, including modifying, updating and/or refining any Work Schedule or the Separation Projects Plan.

  • During the term of this Agreement, Abbott and/or AbbVie may desire a change in the scope, timing and/or charges for the effort, including modifying, updating and/or refining any Work Schedule or the Separation Projects Plan.

Related to Separation Projects Plan

  • Separation Plan means the Company’s Separation Plan Amended and Restated Effective August 13, 2006, as may be amended from time to time or any successor plan, program, arrangement or agreement thereto.

  • Transition Plan means a transition plan, acceptable to the LHIN that indicates how the needs of the HSP’s clients will be met following the termination of this Agreement and how the transition of the clients to new service providers will be effected in a timely manner; and

  • Project Implementation Plan means the detail plan submitted by the Developer with regard to development of Project Facilities and its operation and management thereof in accordance with this Agreement and to be appended as Schedule 9 to this Agreement.

  • Project labor agreement means a form of pre-hire collective

  • Parenting plan means a written plan describing each parent's rights and responsibilities.
