Separation Declaration definition
Separation Declaration means the separation declaration made pursuant to section 90UF of the Act, as set out in annexure A.
Examples of Separation Declaration in a sentence
In accordance with Section 90DA of the Family Law Act the parties have signed a Separation Declaration, being an annexure to this Agreement.
This Agreement becomes operative upon the Separation Declaration in Schedule A being executed by the parties.
