SEM Metering Code definition

SEM Metering Code means the minimum technical, design and operational criteria to be complied with for all revenue metering and data collection equipment and the associated procedures as required in the Single Electricity Market.

  • Metering Code means the metering code prepared by the Board and approved by the Commission, as from time to time revised, amended, supplemented or replaced with the approval of, or at the instance, of the Commission;

  • Net Metering Net metering refers to customers who sell electricity they produce, typically through a rooftop solar panel, back to the utility for credit. If you are a net metering customer, you should not enroll with XOOM because your net metering agreement will not transfer to XOOM once you enroll.

  • Net metering system means a facility for the production of electrical energy that:

  • smart metering system means an electronic system that is capable of measuring electricity fed into the grid or electricity consumed from the grid, providing more information than a conventional meter, and that is capable of transmitting and receiving data for information, monitoring and control purposes, using a form of electronic communication;

  • Metering System means all meters and metering devices (including current transformers and potential transformers) installed by the Company and uses to measure Electricity and delivery by the Company and receipt by the BPDB of Net Energy Output. The Metering System shall be owned and maintained by the Company.
