Seller Financing Statement definition

Seller Financing Statement shall have the meaning specified in Article 3(b).
Seller Financing Statement means a UCC-1 financing statement naming the Owner Trustee as the secured party/creditor and the Seller as the debtor.
Seller Financing Statement means a UCC financing statement for filing in the UCC Filing Jurisdiction of Seller, naming Seller as “Debtor” and Purchaser as “Secured Party” and describing as “Collateral” “All assets of Seller, whether now owned or existing or hereafter acquired or arising and wheresoever located, and all proceeds and all products thereof”.
