Self-supporting project definition

Self-supporting project means a project of a community college or university that will house a function or activity from which revenue is generated that will cover all the direct and indirect operating costs of the project without the additional transfer of any other general fund money of the community college or university.

  • Existing Project means a project declared under commercial operation prior to the date of effectiveness of these Regulations;

  • Ongoing Project means a multi-year project undertaken by a Company in fulfilment of its CSR obligation having timelines not exceeding three years excluding the financial year in which it was commenced, and shall include such project that was initially not approved as a multi-year project but whose duration has been extended beyond one year by the board based on reasonable justification;

  • Sub-project means a specific development project to be carried out by a Beneficiary utilizing the proceeds of a Sub-loan;

  • Mortgage Supporting Documents means, with respect to a Mortgage for a parcel of Real Property, each the following:

  • Supporting information means the experience and judgment of the filer and the experience or data of other insurers or advisory organizations relied upon by the filer, the interpretation of any other data relied upon by the filer, descriptions of methods used in making the rates, and any other information required by the commissioner to be filed.
