Self-Manage definition

Self-Manage means the formation by either or both of the Bennetts of one or more entities that would hire the necessary staff to conduct, solely in respect of the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇-Owned Properties and not third parties, the Hotel Management Business and/or Project Management Business.
Self-Manage means that Tenant is responsible for all maintenance, repairs and replacements at the Premises including all of Landlord’s obligations in Section 8 in accordance with the standards provided in this Lease, except the following Landlord obligations, which shall remain Landlord’s obligations: (i) maintenance, repair and replacement of structural portions, footings and foundations of the Building; (ii) certain replacement of Existing Office HVAC Units under Section 8.3(c); (iii) certain replacement of the roof under Section 8.4(a); and (iv) total replacement of all parking and drive lane areas under Section 8.5(g).

Related to Self-Manage

  • Manage or “Management” means to generate, handle, manufacture, process, treat, store, use, re-use, refine, recycle, reclaim, blend or burn for energy recovery, incinerate, accumulate speculatively, transport, transfer, dispose of, release, threaten to release or abandon Hazardous Substances.

  • Administer means the direct application of a controlled substance, whether by injection, inhalation, ingestion, or any other means, to the body of a patient or research subject by:
