During the Term, the Company shall provide the Executive with suitable offices, secretarial and other services, and other perquisites to which other executives of the Company generally are (or become) entitled, to the extent as are suitable to the character of the Executive's position with the Company, subject to such specific limits on such perquisites as may from time to time be imposed by the Board or the Selective Board.
At all times during the performance of this Agreement, the Executive will adhere to the Code of Conduct (the "Code of Conduct") that has been or may hereafter be established by the Board and the Selective Board for the conduct of their employees or for the position or positions held by the Executive.
