  • During the Term, the Company shall provide the Executive with suitable offices, secretarial and other services, and other perquisites to which other executives of the Company generally are (or become) entitled, to the extent as are suitable to the character of the Executive's position with the Company, subject to such specific limits on such perquisites as may from time to time be imposed by the Board or the Selective Board.
