Segregated Trust definition

Segregated Trust means the trust of the Segregated Trust Property held by the Segregated Trustee under the Mortgages Trust Deed.

  • Any such Insurance Proceeds shall be paid to the Trust within five (5) business days after receipt by such Segregated Trust Account.

  • The ESCO shall at all times attempt to attain the maximum Energy Savings from the Facility's Energy Equipment.

Related to Segregated Trust

  • Related Trust Means the Continental Pass Through Trust 1998-1C-S, to be formed under the Related Pass Through Trust Agreement.

  • Grantor Trust means a Trust other than a RIC.

  • Related Trustee Means the trustee under the Related Pass Through Trust Agreement.

  • Trust means the arrangement through which the property of one person is made over or bequeathed to a trustee to administer such property for the benefit of another person; and

  • Certificate Administrator Accounts As defined in Section 3.07(a) of this Agreement.
