Security Release Certification definition

Security Release Certification means a security release certification in substantially the form set forth in Exhibit K hereto.

Security Release Certification. As defined in Section 2.2 hereof. Seller: Either SMI or any Warehouse Seller. As to any SMI Mortgage Loans, SMI; as to any Warehouse Mortgage Loans, the related Warehouse Seller.

Security Release Certification means any release of lien documentation executed by the applicable lienholder with respect to one or more Loans in a form reasonably acceptable to the Department.

• A copy of the Schedule of Loans attached to the Security Release Certification.

• Attached to the Security Release Certification must be a Schedule of Loans to which the Security Release applies.

• If any of the Loans has at any time been subject to any security interest, pledge or hypothecation for the benefit of any Person, the Seller shall deliver to the Department a Security Release Certification, in the form of Exhibit E attached hereto executed by such Person.

• The Security Release Certification only applies for sales of loans with a security interest.

• If any of the Eligible Loans are subject to any security interest, pledge or hypothecation for the benefit of any Person, the Sponsor shall deliver to the Department a fully executed Security Release Certification with respect to such Eligible Loans.
