Security Recovery definition

Security Recovery means all amounts received or recovered by any of the Creditors in payment or on account of any Debt on or after the taking of any Enforcement Action, but after deducting:

  • Postpartum recovery means (a) the entire period a woman or

  • Energy recovery means energy recovery from waste that is conversion of waste material into usable heat, electricity or fuel through a variety of processes including combustion, gasification, pyrolisation, anaerobic digestion and landfill gas recovery ;

  • Indenture Trust Estate means all money, instruments, rights and other property that are subject or intended to be subject to the lien and security interest of Indenture for the benefit of the Noteholders (including, without limitation, all property and interests Granted to the Indenture Trustee), including all proceeds thereof.

  • Basic Collateral Agency Agreement means the Amended and Restated Basic Collateral Agency Agreement, dated as of March 1, 2009, among Daimler Trust, the Administrative Agent, Daimler Title Co., as collateral agent, and MBFS USA, as lender and as servicer.

  • Net Recovery Any proceeds received by a Servicer on a delinquent or Charged Off Loan (including any Liquidation Proceeds received on a Charged Off Loan), net of any Servicing Fee, Ancillary Income and any other related expenses.
