Examples of Security Agent Fee in a sentence

  • The Borrower shall pay to the Security Agent and the Facility Agent the Security Agent Fee and the Facility Agent Fee in the amount and at the times agreed in a Fee Letter.

  • The Borrower shall pay (i) the fees set forth in the Fee Letter and the Common Security Agent Fee Letter to the Persons entitled thereto in the amounts and at the times set forth therein and (ii) all other fees from time to time agreed to by the Borrower and the Administrative Agent, the Common Security Agent and/or the Arrangers.

  • If the Closing Date does not occur, the Security Agent Fee will be payable within 30 days after an invoice in relation to such fee is issued by the Agent to the Borrower.

  • This letter is a “Fee Letter” as referred to in clause 14.3 (Agency Fee) and clause 14.4 (Security Agent Fee) of the Bridge Facility Agreement.

  • Collateral Agent Fee means the fee payable to the Collateral Agent in arrears on each Quarterly Payment Date in an amount specified in the Collateral Agent Fee Letter.

  • Collateral Agent Fees means the fees due to the Collateral Agent pursuant to the Collateral Agent and Collateral Custodian Fee Letter.

  • Collateral Agent Fee Letter means the fee letter between the Collateral Agent and the Borrower setting forth the fees and other amounts payable by the Borrower to the Collateral Agent under the Facility Documents, in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.

  • Collection Agent Fee has the meaning specified in Section 6.03.

  • Administrative Agent Fee shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.05(b).
