Securities Forms definition

Securities Forms has the meaning specified in Section 9.2(a).

  • The stockholders of the Company shall deliver to Freedom Securities Forms W-8 and W-9, as applicable, on the Closing Date and prior to any payment of cash for shares of Company Common Stock.

  • Uncertificated Securities Regulations means the Uncertificated Securities Regulations 2001.

  • Securities System means the Federal Reserve Book-Entry System, a clearing agency which acts as a Securities Depository, or another book entry system for the central handling of securities (including an Eligible Securities Depository).

  • Securities Depositories means DTC; and, in accordance with then current guidelines of the Securities and Exchange Commission, such other addresses and/or such other securities depositories as the District may designate in a Written Request of the District delivered to the Paying Agent.

  • Securities Documents means all reports, offering circulars, proxy statements, registration statements and all similar documents filed, or required to be filed, pursuant to the Securities Laws.

  • WREGIS Certificates has the same meaning as “Certificate” as defined by WREGIS in the WREGIS Operating Rules and are designated as eligible for complying with the California Renewables Portfolio Standard.
