Sections 2. The City will provide a $500 “Healthy Habits” stipend to all employees to encourage off duty fitness, stress reduction and healthy eating habits in connection with training provided by Xx. Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx. This stipend will not factor into the Total Cost Compensation (TCC) and will be deposited in the employees HRA VVEBA on or before January 31 of each calendar year.

  • In the event of a conflict between the terms of Sections 2 or 3 of this Agreement and the terms of a Placement Notice, the terms of the Placement Notice will control.

  • All reasonable expenses, other than underwriting discounts and commissions, incurred in connection with registrations, filings or qualifications pursuant to Sections 2 and 3, including, without limitation, all registration, listing and qualifications fees, printers and accounting fees, and fees and disbursements of counsel for the Company shall be paid by the Company.

  • All such exceptions require reporting and preclearance approval in accordance with the provisions of Sections 2 and 3 above.

  • The right to indemnification conferred in this Article V shall be a contract right and, subject to Sections 2 and 5 hereof, shall include the right to be paid by the corporation the expenses incurred in defending any such proceeding in advance of its final disposition.

  • Testing of ambient waters shall be done in accordance with Sections 2 and 3 of the biomonitoring guidance.

Related to Sections 2

  • Section 2 Nonresident BIDDER" means a BIDDERS whose principal place of business is not in this state, but excludes a contractor whose ultimate parent company or majority owner has its principal place of business in this state.

  • Registration Filing Date means the date that is sixty (60) calendar days after the Effective Date.
