Section 2.06 definition

Section 2.06. Board of Directors shall mean and refer to the Board of Directors of the Association, w hich is the governing body of the Association.

  • Each Lender shall comply with its obligation under this paragraph by wire transfer of immediately available funds, in the same manner as provided in Section 2.06 with respect to Loans made by such Lender (and Section 2.06 shall apply, mutatis mutandis, to the payment obligations of the Lenders), and the Administrative Agent shall promptly pay to the Swingline Lender the amounts so received by it from the Lenders.

  • Base Rate Loan means a Loan that bears interest based on the Base Rate.

  • Revolving Advances means Advances made other than Letters of Credit.

  • Revolving Advance has the meaning given in Section 2.1.

  • L/C Advance means, with respect to each Lender, such Lender’s funding of its participation in any L/C Borrowing in accordance with its Applicable Percentage.

  • Revolving Credit Advances means advances of principal on the Revolving Credit Loan by the Bank under the terms of this Loan Agreement to any Borrower during the term of the Revolving Credit Loan pursuant to Section 3 of this Loan Agreement.
