MC3 Technology definition
MC3 Technology means Patents and Know-how developed, owned or otherwise licensable by MC3 which are or may be useful in connection with the manufacture, use or sale of passively filling blood pumps and more specifically described in Exhibit II hereto, as such Exhibit may be amended form time to time by the parties in writing.
