The Partnership Parties will use commercially reasonable efforts to keep and maintain books/records reflecting the hours worked in connection with each of the Seconded Persons.

No Seconded Persons shall have the authority or apparent authority to act on behalf of any Noble Entity in connection with the performance of the Services during any Period of Secondment.
