Second Supplemental Term Loan definition

Second Supplemental Term Loan means the Second Supplemental Term Loan advanced under, and as defined in, the Prior Loan Agreement.
Second Supplemental Term Loan is defined in SECTION 2.01(a).
Second Supplemental Term Loan is defined in Section 2.1.1(a).
