Examples of Second Residence in a sentence
In the event the Executive does not move his primary residence to the Council Bluffs area within six months of the Term of this Agreement commencing, the Executive will be required to lease or purchase a Second Residence (e.g., apartment, condominium, home) within reasonable daily commuting distance (i.e., within fifty (50) miles) of the Company’s offices.
All costs related to (i) the Second Residence, and (ii) traveling to/from the Executive’s current primary residence will be the sole responsibility of the Executive.
