Second Owners. Agreement" means the Second Owners Agreement of even date herewith between the Borrower and Paraguay (as hereinafter defined) in which such parties have agreed to undertake certain obligations with regard to the execution and operation of the facilities of EBY, as such Agreement may be amended from time to time; this Second Owners Agreement shall supplement the Owners Agreement entered into between the Borrower and Paraguay on November 6, 1979 (the First Owners Agreement);
