Second cook definition

Second cook means a cook who is in charge of the kitchen staff when the chef or first cook is not on duty.
Second cook means a cook carrying out all branches of cooking and who may be required to act in the capacity as chef during the chef-s absence.
Second cook. Means a person employed as such in a facility who assists the Chef in the discharge of their duties and whenever necessary relieves the Chef during any absence.
