SEC Permit definition

SEC Permit means the Permit to Sell Securities issued by the SEC in connection with the Offer.
SEC Permit means the permit to sell issued by the SEC authorizing the Offer to sell, distribute and offer the Bonds to the public.
SEC Permit means the certificate of permit to offer securities for sale issued by the SEC in connection with the Offer.
