SEC Group means the Corporate Guarantor and any other person in relation to which the Corporate Guarantor is required to prepare consolidated financial reports on US form 6-K (or any successor form) and US form 20 — F (or any successor form);
SEC Group with “Group” and (ii) “SEC Group Member” with “Group Member”;

  • As SEC is a connected person of the Company under the Hong Kong Listing Rules, SEC and SEC Group (excluding the Group) are connected persons of the Group.

  • SEC hereby grants to ITC and IDC a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, royalty free, license under the SEC Group Patents, such license authorizing ITC and IDC to manufacture, use or sell any digital wireless telecommunications products [***].
