  • To be clear, subject to the terms of the Xxxxxx-Xxxx Agreement and Section 10 of this Agreement, SPE retains all rights to enforce the Licensed Xxxx IP in the SDOF Medical Robotics Field and the Non-Robotic Medical Devices Field, without any obligations whatsoever to Philips with respect to enforcement in such fields.
