SCS Services definition
SCS Services means the suite of communication related services (the ‘Strategic Communications SolutionsSM (or SCS) Services’) composed of the following groups of services: Correspondence DirectorSM Services, IntelliColorSM Services, First Data DecisionQuest® Services, and eMessengerSM Services.

This agreement sets forth the entire understanding of the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all existing agreements between them concerning such subject matter, provided, however, that the employment agreement between the Company and the Executive which was to expire on its terms on December 31, 1996 shall remain in full force and effect until November 1, 1996.
First Data will implement the SCS Services in accordance with the timeframe and description set forth in Exhibit A-2.
The SCS Services shall be composed of the following groups of services: Correspondence DirectorSM Services, IntelliColorSM Services, First Data DecisionQuest® Services, and eMessengerSM Services.
