Script Material. , in respect of a production, means written material describing the story on which the production is based and, for greater certainty, includes a draft script, an original story, a screen story, a narration, a television production concept, an outline or a scene-by-scene schematic, synopsis or treatment.

Script Material means any material covered by this Animation Section and includes continuity, documentary Script, Draft Script, Narration, Narration Script, Outline, Polish, Rewrite, Screen Story, Script, Story, and Treatment for use in any form of production covered by this Animation Section.

Examples of Script Material in a sentence

  • Should the Proposal be rejected, all rights in and to the Script Material shall remain with the Writer, including the Concept, if provided by the Writer.

  • If any writer indicates that additional Script Material is missing, the Guild shall make best efforts to obtain such material and will submit such material to the Producer to verify that the Producer actually received such material.

  • Nothing in this Agreement or any individual contract to which this Agreement applies shall diminish any otherwise-existing right of the Writer to collect any of the so-called “author’s share” of Secondary Use Payments in connection with any production based on Script Material.

Related to Script Material

  • Input Material means all documents, information, representations, statements and materials provided by Customer or a third party on behalf of Customer, relating to the Services, including computer programs, data, logos, reports and specifications and inventories.

  • Licensed Material means radioactive material received, possessed, used, transferred or disposed of under a general or specific license issued by the Agency.

  • Licensed Materials means any materials that Executive utilizes for the benefit of the Company (or any Subsidiary thereof), or delivers to the Company or the Company’s Customers, which (a) do not constitute Work Product, (b) are created by Executive or of which Executive is otherwise in lawful possession and (c) Executive may lawfully utilize for the benefit of, or distribute to, the Company or the Company’s Customers.

  • Biological Material means any material containing genetic information and capable of reproducing itself or being reproduced in a biological system;

  • Biological Materials means any material (including, without limitation, plants, animals, microbes or viruses) of biological origin which contains genetic information capable of reproduction and/or material derived from the same that is collected or produced through the Contract;
