Scheduled Principal Repayment Dates means the last day of each March, June, September and December and the applicable Maturity Date.

With respect to any REO Property: (a) as of any Due Date subsequent to the date of its acquisition on behalf of the Trust Fund up to and including the Due Date in the calendar month in which a Liquidation Event occurs with respect to such REO Property, an amount (not less than zero) equal to the Scheduled Principal Balance of the related Mortgage Loan as of the Due Date in the calendar month in which such REO Property was acquired, minus the aggregate amount of REO Principal Amortization, if any, in respect of such REO Property for all previously ended calendar months; and (b) as of any Due Date subsequent to the occurrence of a Liquidation Event with respect to such REO Property, zero.

  • Full Unscheduled Principal Receipt Any Unscheduled Principal Receipt with respect to a Mortgage Loan (i) in the amount of the outstanding principal balance of such Mortgage Loan and resulting in the full satisfaction of such Mortgage Loan or (ii) representing Liquidation Proceeds other than Partial Liquidation Proceeds.

  • Repayment Dates means, subject to clause 6.3, in respect of each Advance, each of the dates falling at quarterly intervals after the Drawdown Date in respect thereof, up to and including the date falling 60 months after the Execution Date;

  • Planned Principal Classes As specified in the Preliminary Statement.

  • Loan Repayment Date means the date a Loan is scheduled to be repaid, as confirmed pursuant to Clause 5.3(c) of this Agreement, which shall in no event be later than the earlier of (i) the date falling six (6) Months from the relevant Utilisation Date and (ii) the Facility Repayment Date.

  • Incremental Term Loan Repayment Dates means the dates scheduled for the repayment of principal of any Incremental Term Loan, as set forth in the applicable Incremental Term Loan Assumption Agreement.

  • Class A-1 Final Scheduled Payment Date means the Payment Date occurring in August 2024.

  • Class A-4 Final Scheduled Payment Date means the June 16, 2025 Payment Date.
