Sanitized Transaction Data definition

Sanitized Transaction Data means Transaction Data exclusive of, or after removal of User Information, and which exists: (i) in an anonymous form as part of an aggregation of multiple transactions conducted in whole or part over or through use of the Marketplace; (ii) in a "blinded" fashion, exclusive of, or after removal of, information which specifically identifies User; or (iii) in the form of statistical data, usage information, reports and/or analysis based upon Sanitized Transaction Data (as defined in the foregoing items (i) and (ii)).

  • For all Customer Information, Supplied Data, Transaction Data and Sanitized Transaction Data: 1) Customer shall own all Customer Information and Supplied Data.

  • Transaction Data is anonymized or aggregated data which has had all personally identifiable information removed.

  • Company Data means all data collected, generated, or received in connection with the marketing, delivery, or use of any Company Product, including Company-Licensed Data, Company-Owned Data and Personal Data.

  • Information processing system means an electronic system for creating, generating, sending, receiving, storing, displaying, or processing information.

  • Predictive emissions monitoring system or “PEMS” means all of the equipment necessary to monitor process and control device operational parameters (for example, control device secondary voltages and electric currents) and other information (for example, gas flow rate, O2 or CO2 concentrations), and calculate and record the mass emissions rate (for example, lb/hr) on a continuous basis.

  • Incremental Rights-Eligible Required Transmission Enhancements means Regional Facilities and Necessary Lower Voltage Facilities or Lower Voltage Facilities (as defined in Tariff, Schedule 12) and meet one of the following criteria: (1) cost responsibility is assigned to non-contiguous Zones that are not directly electrically connected; or (2) cost responsibility is assigned to Merchant Transmission Providers that are Responsible Customers.
