Saltzer means Defendant Saltzer Medical Group, P.A., and any entities it controls, its directors, officers, employees, agents, representatives, successors, and assigns; and the joint ventures, subsidiaries, partnerships, divisions, groups, and affiliates in each case controlled by Saltzer Medical Group, P.A., and the respective directors, officers, employees, agents, representatives, successors, and assigns of each.
