Saleable Unit definition

Saleable Unit means the smallest amount of each Product that can be purchased and sold by Marketer as specified on Exhibit 1.20. ------------

  • Worst Value means, in respect of a SPS Valuation Date, the lowest Underlying Reference Value for any Underlying Reference in the Basket in respect of such SPS Valuation Date.
