Safety Instruction administrative act that acknowledges any conduct as irregular or presents an administrative understanding on the enforcement of the regulatory standard, determining, in a comprehensive manner, that the Operator shall refrain from performing it or shall observe it, under penalty of imposition of the penalties provided for in the Applicable Laws and Regulations. Internal Regulation of the Operating Committee: set of rules supplementary to the Agreement intended for regulating the activities of the Operating Committee and the relationship between its members.
