'Safe Trader Scheme definition

'Safe Trader Scheme means an accreditation scheme operated by the Authority to inform members of the public of traders which the Authority has accredited as being capable of providing services which are safe. 'Services' shall mean any Services to be provided pursuant to this Agreement including those to be delivered under a Contract for Services or ISFA 'Service User' shall be any person in receipt of the Services under the terms of this Agreement.

  • Retail marijuana store means an entity licensed to purchase marijuana from marijuana cultivation facilities and marijuana and marijuana products from marijuana product manufacturing facilities and to sell marijuana and marijuana products to consumers.

  • Alcohol training and education seminar means a seminar that is:

  • Outdoor cultivation means live plants growing in an area exposed to natural sunlight and

  • Cultivation site means a location where cannabis is planted, grown, harvested, dried, cured, graded, or trimmed, or a location where any combination of those activities occurs.

  • Harbour Master means the ABP Harbour Master or Dock Master for the Port (as appropriate) or their authorised representative;
