SaaS Subscription means the software as a service (“SaaS”) products ordered by You on a Sales Order and made available by Us online via the customer login link and/or other web pages designated by Us, including associated offline components, as described in the User Guide. SaaS Subscription excludes Non-SaaS Subscription Applications.

SaaS Subscription means the subscription purchased by the Customer pursuant to Clause 8.1(a) which: (i) entitles Authorised Users to access and use the Services and the Documentation in accordance with this Agreement; and (ii) allows the End Users to interact with the relevant features of the Services which are intended to be used by such End Users . SaaS Subscription Fee: the fees payable by the Customer to Myzone in respect of the SaaS Subscription, as set out in the Quotation.

• If Buyer is purchasing a SaaS Subscription, Licensor will provide the SaaS Service to Buyer in accordance with the Standard Contract Listing promptly following purchase of the Subscription and continuing until completion of the Subscription.

• In the case of a SaaS Subscription, termination by Licensor pursuant to this Section does not prejudice Buyer’s right, and Licensor’s obligation, to extract or assist with the retrieval or deletion of Buyer Data as set forth in Section 10.4.2 following such termination.

• During an IBM SaaS Subscription Period, Customer may increase Customer’s subscribed level of an IBM SaaS offering.

• If you are licensing the Software under a SaaS Subscription deployment model and the Software experiences unscheduled monthly downtime of the backend services exceeding one hour twice during the Term, Konnektive will promptly credit Subscriber five percent (5%) of the next monthly fee.

• As a part of the SaaS Subscription deployment model, Konnektive is responsible for maintaining a backup of Subscriber Data and for an orderly and timely recovery of such data in the event that the Konnektive Offerings may be interrupted.

• This DPA details the parties’ obligations on the protection of personal data, associated with the processing of personal data on behalf of Company as a data controller, and described in detail in the Beekeeper SaaS Subscription Agreement as signed respectively between the two Parties (hereinafter, the “Agreement”).

More Definitions of SaaS Subscription

SaaS Subscription means the subscription to Track Record Facilities provided by Jacobs to the Client pursuant to the Client Contract;

SaaS Subscription means subscription-based access to certain PowerSchool- Software as a cloud-based service provided to Customer pursuant to this Agreement, now or in the future, including any accompanying Support Services.

SaaS Subscription means a subscription under which access is granted to the Services. SAAS Subscriptions are valid for the specified, limited period of time set forth in the relevant Sales Order.
