Electronic Reports definition

Electronic Reports means an Electronic Report created with investor transaction data housed by DST (the Transfer Agent’s record keeping system) and may include but not be limited to: 22c-2 Compliance Reports, Omnibus Account Reconciliation, Sales Reporting, Platform Reporting and Campaign Management and Tracking.
Electronic Reports shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Section 8.3 hereof.

Examples of Electronic Reports in a sentence

  • Assume exclusive responsibility for the consequences of any instructions it may give to USBFS, for the Trust’s or End Users’ failure to properly access the Electronic Reports in the manner prescribed by USBFS, and for the Trust’s failure to supply accurate information to USBFS.

  • The Fund understands that such Electronic Reports may include data provided to the Custodian by outside sources which may not have been independently verified by the Custodian and is subject to change.

More Definitions of Electronic Reports

Electronic Reports shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Section 8.3 hereof. (x) "Force Majeure" - shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Section 10.4 hereof. (xi) "Investments" - assets of the Portfolio, other than Property held by the Custodian, a Subcustodian or a Securities Depository, but which the Custodian may note on its records as being assets of the Portfolio including without limitation Derivative Instruments and Commodities. (xii) "Liability" - shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Section 11 hereof.
Electronic Reports means any reports prepared by the Global Sub-custodian and remitted to the Bank or its authorized representative via the internet or electronic mail.

Related to Electronic Reports

  • Electronic filing means a document that is filed under securities legislation or securities directions in electronic format or the act of filing a document under securities legislation or securities directions in electronic format, as the context indicates;

  • Electronic Record(s) means the electronic record as defined under clause (t) of sub-section (1) of section 2 of the Information Technology Act, 2000.

  • Electronic recording A mortgage or a mortgage-related document created, generated, sent, communicated, received, or stored by electronic means (that complies with the requirements of the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act or the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act, as applicable) that has been accepted for recording by a participating county land records office which accepts such electronic record of a mortgage or a mortgage-related document as an alternative to recordation of the original paper form of such document.

  • Electronic Record and “Electronic Signature” shall have the meanings assigned to them, respectively, by 15 USC §7006, as it may be amended from time to time.

  • Electronic filing system means a system provided by the State Court Administrative Office that permits electronic transmission of data and documents.
