  • If Provider agrees to create, at Customer’s request, any Customer-branded or co-branded user interfaces through which Authorized Users will access the SaaS, Customer hereby grants to Provider during the Subscription Term a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use and display the Customer’s name, logo and other trademarks (“Customer Trademarks”) designated by Customer on such user interface(s).
