  • In the event that a Vendor or Vida does not so notify the Purchaser within 30 Business Days of receipt of the SAA Notice such Vendor or Vida, in respect of itself and not in respect of any other party shall be deemed to have elected that the SAA Obligation be satisfied by the issue of the Second American Approval Shares.
