Rx Return definition

Rx Return means the matter disclosed as item 1 on Schedule 3.6.2. “Schedules” has the meaning set forth in the introductory paragraph to Article III.

  • Tax Return means any return, declaration, report, claim for refund, or information return or statement relating to Taxes, including any schedule or attachment thereto, and including any amendment thereof.
