Runtime Components definition

Runtime Components means components of the Software that are intended to be integrated into and distributed as an integral part of a Target System, as described in the License Guide and in Software documentation.
Runtime Components means any of the individual files, libraries, or executable code contained in the Runtime Software installation directory (e.g., the “Adobe AIR” and “Adobe AIR Framework” folders) or the Runtime Software utilities included in the utilities directory or installer files. Runtime.dll, Runtime executables, template.exe, and ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ are examples of Runtime Components.
Runtime Components means the Software components, which components are listed in the Documentation, that enable the Generated Proxies to function in Licensee’s Works on a Deployment Server.

Examples of Runtime Components in a sentence

  • The Licensee Works that Licensee creates using the Software may require the Runtime Components to operate.

  • The Software, including the Runtime Components, may include certain third party software distributed by SdNcenter.

  • If Customer uses or distributes Runtime Components or their copies as part of the IsoView or IsoCompose Installer, Customer shall indemnify and hold PTC and Microsoft Corporation harmless from all and any claims caused by this distribution.

  • The Software, including the Runtime Components, may include certain third party software distributed by JNBridge.

  • You may install and use the Build Tools and Runtime Components solely for purpose of developing compliant Developer Applications.

  • You are also responsible for reviewing source code and corresponding documentation for any third party derivative works of Runtime Components that you elect to adopt in substitution for unmodified QSS-licensed copies (see Section 4.2.2) for any supplementary terms and conditions that apply to the third party's modifications to the underlying Software.

  • However, Licensee shall not, nor shall Licensee permit any Authorized User or third party to, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of any Runtime Components.

  • Subject to the terms of this Agreement, SdNcenter grants to Licensee a personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable, noncommercial, limited license during the Trial Term to install and use the number of Deployment Installations of the Software solely for purposes of: (1) using the Runtime Components as necessary to evaluate the Software and test the Licensee Works; and (2) using the Runtime Components to create and compile Licensee Works..


More Definitions of Runtime Components

Runtime Components means the components of the Software specified in the Documentation as “Main class of Javonet solution” which provide access to bridging functionality in conjunction with the Licensee Works.
Runtime Components as used herein, means any software program or components of the software that are incorporated or embedded in and used in the execution of any Developed Software developed by BroadVision.
