Notwithstanding the preceding sentence, so long as there is no continuing and uncured Event of Default existing on and as of the Maturity Date, Borrower may repay its outstanding Revolving Advances through but no later than the Runoff Date but otherwise in accordance with the other provisions of this Section 2.4.
