Spin-Off Date definition

Spin-Off Date means the date on which the Spin-Off occurs.

Spin-Off Date means the date on which the Spin-Off is effective pursuant to the terms of the Separation Agreement.

Spin-Off Date means January 3, 2017.

More Definitions of Spin-Off Date

Spin-Off Date means the date, occurring on or after the Initial Funding Date but not later than the first calendar day after the Initial Funding Date, on which the Spin-Off shall have been consummated.
