RTZ Documents definition

RTZ Documents means the Participation Agreement (including the Financial and Accounting Procedures thereunder) and each other material agreement in connection therewith.

Examples of RTZ Documents in a sentence

  • PTFI shall promptly provide to the Administrative Agent copies of (i) all amendments, modifications, waivers and supplements to the RTZ Documents, (ii) all annual financial reports and budgets pursuant to the Participation Agreement and (iii) all other material notices and reports under the RTZ Documents.

  • The Administrative Agent is hereby authorized to, and to instruct the FI Trustee and the JAA Security Agent to, enter into or consent to an amendment to the Participation Agreement or other RTZ Documents permitting PTFI to incur Indebtedness of the type permitted by Section 6.01(a)(iv) hereof without the necessity of the holders of such Indebtedness becoming party to the Side Letter.

  • RFP Documents means the following documents to be entered into by the parties to the respective agreements in connection with the supply of power:
