DOTAS means the Disclosure of Tax Avoidance Schemes rules which require a promoter of tax schemes to tell HMRC of any specified notifiable arrangements or proposals and to provide prescribed information on those arrangements or proposals within set time limits as contained in Part 7 of the Finance Act 2004 and in secondary legislation made under ▇▇▇▇▇ contained in Part 7 of the Finance Act 2004 and as extended to national insurance contributions by the National Insurance Contributions (Application of Part 7 of the Finance Act 2004) Regulations 2012, SI 2012/1868) made under section 132A of the Social Security Administration Act 1992;
POPIA means the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013;
BEO means a written order issued by the Contractor to the Judicial Council that confirms the Judicial Council’s specific instructions and orders with respect to the Program on any one or more of the following, but does not alter any of the Agreement’s terms and conditions: (i) meeting and/or function room(s) and set-up requirements and/or rental charges; (ii) meal menus and prices and set-up requirements; and/or (iii) audio-visual equipment and set-up requirements and/or rental charges. ▇▇▇’s will be approved and signed by the Judicial Council’s representative, as set forth in Exhibit B.
SANAS means the South African National Accreditation System. TWA means the average exposure, within a given workplace, to airborne asbestos fibres, normalised to the baseline of a 4 hour continuous period, also applicable to short term exposures, i.e. 10-minute TWA.
IMRO means the Irish Music Rights Organisation CLG.
