RS MOA definition

RS MOA means the Ministry of Agriculture, Water Management and Forestry of Republika Srpska, and includes any successor thereto.

  • Contractor-acquired property means property acquired, fabricated, or otherwise provided by the Contractor for performing a contract, and to which the Government has title.

  • Key Sub-Contract means each Sub-Contract with a Key Sub-Contractor;
