Reference is made to The Woodlands Township contractual agreement for construction of the Northshore Park Boathouse dated on or about the date hereof (“EPC Contract”) related to the engineering, design and construction of the boathouse to be built at Northshore Park located at 0000 Xxxx Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxx, Xxx Xxxxxxxxx, XX 00000 as described on Exhibit A (“Boathouse”). Reference is made to the Signage Sponsorship Agreement (SSA) dated on or about the date hereof related to the Boathouse described below between Landlord and Woodforest National Bank dated on or about the date of this Lease (as amended, restated or replaced, together with any other sponsorship arrangement related to the Boathouse or rowing on Lake Woodlands (hereinafter referred to as the “SSA”); which are together with the EPC Contract are referred to as the “Related Contracts”).
