Routine Expenses definition

Routine Expenses means the following expenses:
Routine Expenses means fees, charges, costs and expenses of retained legal and investigative personnel, excluding employees, that are incurred in rescinding a policy, contesting a policy or litigating a claim. The term "non-routine expenses" of the contest shall mean any penalties, attorney's fees and interest imposed automatically by statute against the Ceding Company which arise solely out of any judgment rendered against the Ceding Company in a suit for policy benefits. However, "non-routine expenses" shall not include extra-contractual damages. Notwithstanding the foregoing definitions, the Reinsurer shall not be liable for any office expenses or salaries or expenses of employees of the Ceding Company, or of any subsidiary or affiliate of the Ceding Company, incurred in connection with the administration of the business reinsured pursuant to this Agreement or the disposition of a claim, loss or legal proceeding (including investigation, negotiation, legal expenses and court costs).
Routine Expenses means the costs (including but not limited to professional fees and expenses) incurred by the Lender to monitor the Companies' compliance with the Agreement, or the status of the Servicing Rights Portfolio, or acquisition of Mortgage Companies or mortgage servicing portfolio, in the absence of an Event of Default.

  • Program Expenses means all UHC’s expenses of administering the Program under the Indenture and the Act and shall include without limiting the generality of the foregoing; salaries, supplies, utilities, labor, materials, office rent, maintenance, furnishings, equipment, machinery and apparatus, including information processing equipment; software, insurance premiums, credit enhancement fees, legal, accounting, management, consulting and banking services and expenses; Fiduciary Expenses; remarketing fees; Costs of Issuance not paid from proceeds of Bonds; and payments to pension, retirement, health and hospitalization funds; and any other expenses required or permitted to be paid by UHC.

  • O&M Expenses means expenses incurred by or on behalf of the Developer or by the Authority, as the case may be, for all O&M including (a) cost of salaries and other compensation to employees, (b) cost of materials, supplies, utilities and other services, (c) insurance premium, (d) all taxes, duties, cess and fees due and payable for O&M, (e) all repair, replacement, reconstruction, reinstatement, improvement and maintenance costs, (f) payments required to be made under the O&M Contract, or any other contract in connection with or incidental to O&M, and (g) all other expenditure required to be incurred under Applicable Laws, Applicable Permits or this Agreement.

  • Maintenance Costs means parts and materials, sublet and labour costs of a qualified licensed mechanic for the maintenance of the Revenue Service Vehicles, but shall not include costs associated with interior and exterior transit advertising signs and non-mechanical servicing of Revenue Service Vehicles such as fuelling, clearing fareboxes, cleaning and painting wheel rims, vehicle washing and other work performed by a serviceman; and,

  • Marketing Expenses means the sum of Selling Expenses, Marketing Management Expenses, Market and Consumer Research Expenses, Advertising Expenses, Trade Promotion Expenses, and Consumer Promotion Expenses, each of which is specified below, in each case to the extent directly and reasonably attributable to the sale, promotion or marketing of the applicable ZIOPHARM Products in the countries where such ZIOPHARM Product has been launched.

  • Operational Expenses means expenses of the clerk of court used to maintain the clerk's office and
