Route Rights definition

Route Rights means (a) the certificates of public convenience and necessity and exemptions issued by the DOT to Polar, along with related Designations and DOT awarded frequency allocations as listed on Section 1.1(e) of the Company Disclosure Schedule and (b) the Foreign Slots issued to and held by Polar as listed on Section 1.1(f) of the Company Disclosure Schedule.
