Rough Cut definition

Rough Cut means the assemblage of the footages of the Programme which accords with the Treatment, or any changes thereto, as approved by the Commissioning Editor, which shall present clearly the structure and content of the Programme as the subject for Fine Cut.
Rough Cut means the first edit of the Video delivered to the Customer for its consideration and/or approval.
Rough Cut means an assembly of the Program which is based on the final Script approved by the NITV Commissioning Editor, which clearly shows the structure and content of the Program but will be the subject of further fine-cutting.

  • Zone 3 means all of that part of the Lower Peninsula south of the line described in subdivision (bb).

  • Through highway means every street or highway as provided in section 4511.65 of the Revised Code.

  • Zone 2 means British Columbia and Alberta Receipt Points and Liquids Receipt Points at or upstream of the Blueberry Hill Compressor Station.   • Rate Center means the specific geographic point that has been designated by a given LEC as being associated with a particular NPA-NXX code that has been assigned to the LEC for its provision of Telephone Exchange Service. The Rate Center is the finite geographic point identified by a specific V&H coordinate, which is used by that LEC to measure, for billing purposes, distance sensitive transmission services associated with the specific Rate Center.

  • Rate Center Area means the following in each applicable area:

  • Generator Set means a switcher locomotive equipped with multiple engines that can turn off one or more engines to reduce emissions and save fuel depending on the load it is moving.

  • Dairy farm means any place or premises where 1 or more dairy animals are kept for milking purposes, and from which a part or all of the milk is provided, sold, or offered for sale.

  • Septage means the liquid and solid material pumped from a septic tank, cesspool, or similar domestic sewage treatment system, or from a holding tank, when the system is cleaned or maintained.

  • Hard cider means the same as that term is defined in 26 U.S.C. Sec. 5041.

  • PO or “Purchase Order” means this Contract.

  • Headend means any facility for signal reception and dissemination on a Cable System, including cables, antennas, wires, satellite dishes, monitors, switchers, modulators, processors for Broadcast Signals, equipment for the Interconnection of the Cable System with adjacent Cable Systems and Interconnection of any networks which are part of the Cable System, and all other related equipment and facilities.

  • Flowgate means a representative modeling of facilities or groups of facilities that may act as potential constraint points.

  • Subloop shall have the meaning set forth in Section 9.3.1.1.
