Rough Cut definition

Rough Cut means the assemblage of the footages of the Programme which accords with the Treatment, or any changes thereto, as approved by the Commissioning Editor, which shall present clearly the structure and content of the Programme as the subject for Fine Cut.
Rough Cut means the first edit of the Video delivered to the Customer for its consideration and/or approval.
Rough Cut means an assembly of the Program which is based on the final Script approved by the NITV Commissioning Editor, which clearly shows the structure and content of the Program but will be the subject of further fine-cutting.

Examples of Rough Cut in a sentence

  • If ASU does not provide Rough Cut Comments within the 10 business day period, Company may deem the Segment Rough Cut to be accepted by ASU.

  • If ASU determines that the Segment Rough Cut contains elements that are not factually or technically accurate, or that ASU’s Indicia or Marks are not depicted properly, Company will consult in good faith with ASU, and take all actions necessary to resolve the Rough Cut Comments to ASU’s satisfaction.

  • However, similar to viewing and approving the Rough Cut, Company agrees that any Promotional Materials that includes DHS personnel, facilities or Visual Identities, or referencing DHS, must be reviewed and approved by DHS, through the DHS Representative, such approval not to be unreasonably withheld.

  • ASU will review the Segment Rough Cut within 10 business days after receipt and will provide Company with any comments in writing (the “Rough Cut Comments”) within the 10 business day period.

  • Company should notify, and point to, DHS of any footage added between the Rough Cut and Final Cut to ensure that no information in Paragraph 2.1(A)(v) was disclosed.

  • Make conforming changes, as DHS requires, so that DHS can approve the Rough Cut pursuant to Paragraph 2.1(A)(v) above.

  • It is acknowledged that time is of the essence during the post-production period, so DHS will endeavor to provide comments, if any, to Company about the Rough Cut within 5 business days, 8-5 pm (EST) excluding holidays, of receipt of the Rough Cut, subject to review of information described in Paragraph 2.1(A)(v).

  • Company will give DHS ample notice as to when the Rough Cut will arrive for review.

  • If DHS is provided multiple Rough Cuts at the same time, the 5 business-day period for review begins for each Rough Cut when a prior Rough Cut has been provided, reviewed and cleared by DHS.

  • ASU will review the Segment Rough Cut within 10 business days after receipt and will provide Company with any comments in writing (the Rough Cut Comments) within the 10 business day period.

Related to Rough Cut

  • Zone 3 means all of that part of the Lower Peninsula south of the line described in subdivision (bb).

  • Through highway means every street or highway as provided in section 4511.65 of the Revised Code.

  • Zone 2 means British Columbia and Alberta Receipt Points and Liquids Receipt Points at or upstream of the Blueberry Hill Compressor Station.

  • Through lot - means a lot bounded on two opposite sides by streets.

  • Electrical Fitter means an employee who is mainly employed in the workshops manufacturing, fitting, and repairing electrical instruments, machines, and apparatus. Electrical fitting in this definition shall include armature and transformer winding, and people solely engaged in making and repairing instruments. The legitimate possession of a certificate of competency in this particular class of work issued by the Electrical Licensing Board under the Electricity Act 1994 shall be recognised as proof of efficiency.
