ROR Product definition

ROR Product means (a) any Product or other product containing API as its sole active ingredient, in each case for development and commercialization solely outside the Territory, or (b) any Combination Product; in each case, with respect to which Depomed has granted to a Third Party any Rights of Reference to the Product NDA under an Existing Rights of Reference Agreement or an Additional Rights of Reference Agreement.

ROR Product means any and all pharmaceutical products containing or comprising an ROR Compound in any form, dosage, presentation or formulation, and whether alone, or in combination with, one or more other pharmaceutically active or inactive ingredients.

Related to ROR Product

  • Generic Product means any pharmaceutical product that (i) is sold by a Third Party that is not an Affiliate or licensee of Buyer and (ii) (a) contains the same active pharmaceutical ingredient as the Product or (b) is categorized by the applicable Governmental Entity in a country to be therapeutically equivalent to, or interchangeable with, the Product, such that the pharmaceutical product may be substituted for the Product at the point of dispensing without any intervention by the prescribing physician in such country.
